More Evasions and Avoidance

Welcome to 2017: a neighbour who had noticed that we were being accused by the Council of making allegations about Sunday working, passed me a photo that had been taken on the morning of Sunday 18th December at 08:34 showing the shed to be in use. Condition 5 says they have to give notice if it required for use outside normal working hours.

The practice calling our complaints, allegations started on 25th June 2015 in a letter to the MP for Northumberland. Three months after the Ombudsman had told us that our complaint that the shed was 3m taller than planned had not been upheld.
Up until that date any complaint about UK Docks was called a complaint!Sunday Working 18-Dec-16

Evasion
Condition 5 referring to Sunday working was investigated by the Ombudsman and referred to in their decision notice to you dated 15 April 2015.
I told the Ombudsman this could have been reviewed by reappraisal under retrospective action.

Evasion
Letter to Cllr Anglin about:
1) Relabelling of Complaints as Allegations
2) Conflation of Complaints
3) Non registration of Complaints (general)
4) Non registration of Complaints  (noise)
Ignored – he said he could not interfere.

Denial
Misinformation
CA say that a complaint on 20-Dec-16 was historic and had been dealt with by the Ombudsman,15-Apr-15,  using misinformation given to the Ombudsman by the Council. Displays a poor grasp of logic, if nothing else.
58 05/02/17 Reports from various quarters that UK Docks were using the shed on a Sunday again. See 50-57: safe to assume the Council will deny it.

Fed up with the prevarication by Customer Advocacy who have better things to do than cover for a corrupt complaints procedure  I visit the Town hall only to discover that I had been issued time sheets for a closed incident and that the Planning Officer responsible for the second phase of the development of UK Docks was in hiding, and no wonder, because he had not registered mine or anybody else’s complaint about UK Docks flouting the 5th Condition (using the shed on Sundays).
