The Council appear to have erased the breach of Condition 5 from the records and the MP had talks with UK Docks in the spring of 2017 but appears to have been given short shrift.

70 Evasions, Denials or Silences To this, one can add the list of emails:- It appears that the Council have known since September 2013 that the shed was, and still is, about 3m taller than planned because they would not answer any questions about the height. They then quoted the Ombudsman to put off any further enquiries; from the Press and MPs. UK docks than extended the shed onto foundations laid in 2001 and after it became obvious to all that they had lied to the Ombudsman, they needed to change tack and now say: It remains the case that all complaints procedures relating to this matter have been exhausted both internally within the Council and externally. |
