Dear Councillors,
I’ll try and keep this short. My correspondence with Emma is being bounced by some blacklisting software introduced by Keith Palmer who appears to be one of her office staff:

I know it is he and not Simon Buck because Mr Palmer installed the software from mimecast.com on the server in Emma’s office some time between 20th and the 24th February – see attached.
It only goes to prove the case against him made this lunchtime, see email to Emma below, is well founded and if one of you can forward your copy with its attachment/ MPemailsDec19Jan20.pdf/ to emma.lewell-buck.mp@parliament.uk it would be much appreciated.

The last paragraph says quite a lot and I knew what I meant when I wrote it. For clarity it has been rewritten for those who wish to get acquainted with the facts:-
