1 Feb 2016: Committee Grant Permission for Demolition. There are no minutes but unless there was anyone new to speak for the opposition we can take it that it went through ‘on the nod‘.
29 Jan 2016: Site Visit by Committee
12 Jan 2016: Application goes to Committee. There are no minutes but three local residents give voice to their objections then Mr Cunning ham (ex planning) speaks on behalf of the applicant or agent as neither of them attended the meeting. The main reason to support the application seems to be that there are only 5 objections. Could this possibly be because because the news article was published in the Pontefract and Castleford Express.
