Work Continues on Shed built without Planning Permission

The road end is 15.5m high. All indications from documents held by South Tyneside Council the planned height of that end is 12.5m. Despite objectors telling the Council that the shelter was not built to plan, it is now completed and in use (day 708).
Day 3 the height was being questioned- not answered-PC
Day 81 the height and width said to be compliant-PC
Day 106 the height and width said to be compliant-PC

Day 123 is four months.

Day 130 repeat of day 81-PC
Day 132 the height and width are in accordance with the plan-GA
Day 145 the planned road end height = 15.6m-GA

Day 154 is five months.

Day 161 STC admit that the shelter is not built to plan-GA

Day 228 is seven and a half months.

Day 239 STC say that the planned height is 15.5m-GM
Day 270 STC say that the planned height is 15.5m-GM

Day 274 is nine months.

Day 281 STC Sign-off shelter-MT?
Day 288 Application to build another shelter-UK Docks

Day 366 is one year.

Day 385 STC say that planned height is 15.5m-CA

Day 427 is fourteen months.

Day 445 STC say unconditionally that the shelter has been built without planning permission-CA

Day 578 is nineteen months.

On day 587 the Local Government Ombudsman repeats statement of day 145 and finds for STC

Today is day 708.
