TGA-Gone to Ground.

Mr Watson never responded so it is reasonable to to assume that the answer to both questions is no.

Graeme,

I wrote to the Secretary on the 3rd Dec asking if an argument between us on the width of the slipway cover being built by UK Docks had been resolved. I said it was a metre wider than planned. This subject was raised at the last Committee meeting I attended mid January 2014. Mr Haig proposed that we ask the Council to provide an answer and I believe you were going to ask them. She has not replied so I ask you now, did you go to the Council to get an answer?

At the meeting between the TGA and the Council on the issue of whether the Slipway Cover had been built to plan, Nov 2013, we were told that it had been built to plan and that there was very little we could do until UK Docks submitted their application for the second shed. The application for the new offices and expansion of the slipway cover was received by STC Planning on 20-Jun-2014. Did the TGA send in any response to this application?

I look forward to a quick reply to both these questions.

Mick

Graham,

I simply do not think that two businessmen with livings that depend on the good will of tradesmen associated with the Tyne should be in control of a residents’ group protesting at the expansion of a ship repair business in a primarily residential area on the banks of same river. I am sure that most people would agree with me; it is not a conspiracy theory.

It is sad that I felt I needed to take a picture of your car gate pass but I no
longer trust you. Mr Watson said in earlier correspondence that he did not have a gate pass to the Port of Tyne control area when in fact he did. You may know that I have not trusted the word of your employer, Mr Haig, since my dealings with him over a party wall. Mr Haig appears to have told his solicitor that a party wall agreement was in place when there was no such thing.

As I said in my last email I am happy to close this issue unless further expansion of the UK Docks Slipway goes before planning again.

Mr M Dawson

Messrs Haig and Watson were Director and some sort of procurement officer for HB Hydraulics who had a branch based on the Tyne at least from 2012. They are still around during the time of this correspondence.
