In January 2020 Mr Buck requested my home phone number in Amble to give to a Mr K Palmer and I gave it on condition that we would discuss ‘the shed’ but on establishing contact I discovered that was the last thing he wished to talk about.
In over seven years (2013-2020) none of my emails had been categorised as vexatious until the email from Mr Buck on behalf of Mr Palmer and it was not until the comment, simonwrs@gmail.com/give it a rest was made, did I think to look up vexatious/South Tyneside and found Chris Binding’s article about it:-

If one tries to look up the same article today one will find that the publication date has been moved from February 2019 to July 2020 – i.e. from many months before to five months after Mr Buck falsely accused me of being vexatious.

More disturbing is the reference at the foot of the most recent version Mr Binding’s article, Complaints against Councillors leads one down a blind alley.
